The FMA Foundation will be a catalyst in the development of cutting-edge technology in the metal forming and metal fabricating industry. Companies may choose to contribute to a designated research project that will help advance technology in their field. The Foundation will pull together the best resources for conducting the research and make grants to accomplish the goals of the projects.

Volunteers are needed to serve on an advisory task force that will identify potential projects and funding sources.
